“In May of 2013 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. This was the beginning of a long, tough journey for me as well as my loved ones. As I began treatment to rid myself of this disease, I realized something very important. Treatment for cancer is medical, yes, but it is also spiritual and emotional healing as well.
